Billing

How do I pay my bill?


For services provided through September 30, 2020 please call 888-434-0217 or stop by our main office. We'll be happy to assist you. You can also pay your bill online by clicking here. For services provided from October 1, 2020 and after, please call (877) 718-5728 or view your bill online at https://mydocbill.com/ratc/login You will need the account number and patient's date of birth.




Why did I receive two bills?


For imaging procedures, there are typically two components that are billed: the technical fee and the professional fee. The technical fee is billed by the hospital or imaging center at which you had the procedure performed. This covers the fee for the equipment, the technologist assisting with the procedure, nursing staff, etc. The professional fee is billed by us, the radiologists. This is the fee that we charge for our professional interpretation of your exam and the report that we provide you and your doctor. If you have any questions about the technical fee, please contact the hospital or imaging center where you had the procedure done. We will gladly help you with any questions you may have about our professional fees and billing.
